Refunds and Exchanges
Because all our items are painstakingly handmade, we do not offer refunds on all online and in-store purchases. However, exchanges for a different size are allowed for Ready-Made items (subject to availability). If the item you wish to exchange for a different size is not available, you may also bring the item down to the store for alterations (charges apply).
Strictly no returns or exchanges are allowed for Custom, Pre-Order or Sale items, due to our limited fabric quantity.
To avoid disappointment, you may book an appointment with us to try on the product before purchasing.
All exchanges are subject to a 30-day exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to following terms and conditions:
- Items must be in its original purchase condition with tags intact.
- Shipping cost associated with the exchange of the product will not be covered by Mama & Misse.
In order to ensure that any purchase made with us will always be a perfect fit, we offer alteration services for all products (alteration charges apply) should they be required. Just book an appointment with us and drop by our store with your item for a fitting!
